In 2006 EVTA launched the LLL portal: www.evta.eu. The LLL portal is an efficient and effective communication and knowledge sharing tool amongst the EVTA members. Besides the EVTA portal, EVTA has the opportunity to set virtual collaborative workplaces for project teams, to communicate in an efficient and effective way before, during and even after the project duration .

A workplace is a self-service web tool for team collaboration. It allows you to publish, share, and track all information relevant to a project with other members of your team (knowledge management!!). Teams can use a workplace to store resources (such as files, thoughts, and schedules) related to a project in a common place, where everyone can find and respond to the latest information.  The workplace allows the project team to create innovative products and have contact on regularly basis via the discussion and chat function. This function supports the progress of the projects.

When EVTA is participating in your EU project, EVTA can create a workplace for your project. (note: access in the workplace doesn´t automatically mean access to the LLL portal) The workplaces are dedicated to your EU project or activities. Only the project members will have access to the workplace. The project leader will be a manager of this workplace and can add members to the workplace. The advantage is that ALL the project members can follow the process of the project, even if some members are less involved in a certain project activity.
