What is it?
EVTA recently created the LLL portal: www.evta.eu. The LLL portal is an efficient and effective communication and knowledge sharing tool amongst the EVTA members. Within the portal, EVTA created a space for workplaces.
A workplace is a self-service web tool for team collaboration. It allows you to publish, share, and track all information relevant to a project with other members of your team.
Teams can use a workplace to store resources (such as files, thoughts, and schedules) related to a project in a common place, where everyone can find and respond to the latest information.

Who do we reach?
The EVTA LLL portal are only accessible for the members of EVTA. The information on the homepage is accessible for everybody.
When EVTA is participating in your EU project, EVTA can create a workplace for your project. (note: access in the workplace doesn´t mean access to the LLL portal)
The workplaces are dedicated to your EU project. Only the project members will have access to the workplace. The project leader will be a manager of this workplace and can add members to the workplace.

What is the result?
For European projects, EVTA uses workplaces as an efficient and effective tool for communication, development and validation of products.
It allows the project team to create innovative products and have contact on regularly basis via the discussion and chat function. This function supports the progress of the projects.
During and at the end of the project, the outputs of the project will be integrated in the different sections of the LLL portal. For example, there is section dedicated to elearning, training of trainers and EU projects in particular.
