(Final) conferences

A final seminar is most of the time planned and organized to present the final products and results of the projects to a broader audience than only the project team. During the final conference you want to involve, inform and to disseminate the project results to the target group and other relevant persons or stakeholders.
The result
The final conference is a one day meeting, which can be open for all, but is mostly based on the invitation of relevant stakeholders in order to disseminate the results of the project in a proper way. The right accommodation will be chosen, with interpretation, lunches, invitations, information dossier for the participants and key note speakers.
Target groups
The final conference is particularly targeted to people from outside the project team. Depending on the scope of the project and the impact you want to create this target group could be stakeholders like trainers, VET professionals, social partners, regional, local authorities, policy makers in VET etc.
Languages
The final seminar will normally be held in French and English, with interpretation in both languages. Depending on the amount of participants, translations cabins have to be rent. If other languages are preferable, this can be arranged with EVTA.
