Paper based information material

Paper based information material, like brochures and flyers is still one of the most rapid and practical way of providing information of the project to people you meet in seminars, professional meetings, events etc. EVTA helps you with the coordination and planning of the brochure, writing of the texts and make a proposal for the design of the paper based promotional material.

The result
Depending on the purpose of the paper based information material, EVTA can suggest the following:
| ▪ | a brochure to reach a broad target group; |
| ▪ | a poster to announce a final conference or to promote a product; |
| ▪ | additional material (DVD or CD rom cover) in the look and feel of the project. |
The project partners will receive a paper based brochure in A5 size (folded) and “open” digital text for the project partners, which they can use for the dissemination activities at national level.

Target groups
The objective is to make all people who might be interested sensible for the project and the outputs.

Languages
The brochure will be made in English and French. A digital version with the lay out (with no text) will be provided for the project members to allow them to translate the text in their own language or to create another brochure in the same lay-out reflecting national activities related to the project (for example national workshop or experts meeting etc.)
