EVTA is an active partner in European projects, funded by the European Commission. EVTA takes initiatives in being a coordinator or project partner in projects related to key issues like training of teachers and trainers, e-learning, entrepreneurship, knowledge management, competence management, upskilling of specific target groups and certification and validation issues. One of the successes of a network as EVTA lies in the fact that the members share the same interests, know and thrust each other, are willing to cooperate with each other and have a European mindset. Now for more than 10 years…. This means in concrete terms that dissemination and exploitation is more obvious than in an environment where people are not confident with each other.

EVTA has close relationships with the several European platforms, like EUCIS-LLL, Committee of the Regions, the EQF advisory group, the European Economic and social Committee etc. EVTA is participates actively in these platforms or is asked to provide information, expertise and good practices from the point of view of vocational training and the experiences of a European network in particular.

On one hand the website focuses on providing information to potential users, on the other side, the website will trigger people to use the outputs in their context by providing potential users good practices and success stories of how it can be put into practice.
