The “Going Local to Respond Employment Challenges” project aims to integrate training and active employment-related policies in order to accomplish actions at regional level, targeting policies and services that anticipate company crisis situations, and also to institute a community of professionals and practices that will allow permanent benchmarking to be established in the training environments dealt with by this project.The conference, organized in partnership with the Committee of the Regions, will present the main outcomes of this mutual learning project: a “catalogue” of activities, services and operational tools. EVTA project: "the Restructuring Toolbox"

Thanks to recent projects, works, forums and seminars, the toolbox have been built by European researchers, practitioners and regions to:

•	present and describe more than fifty tools characteristic of the European knowledge and knowhow in anticipating and managing restructuring;

•	provide actors, professionals and researchers with a guide and a method to compare them and allow their translation into other contexts and countries than the one they have been first implanted in.
