Expert profile requested for 2-week training sessions in Tunisia, i.e. 2 weekly sessions covering a total of 10 days, planned March and April 2006 (see Tdr)
A) Expertise: Senior International Expert: 15 years of professional experience, among which 10 years in counselling and training to organisational management and communication
B) Diploma: Engineer, Management Economist, Graduated in Communication or equivalent (4 years’ higher education or international equivalent)
C) Language Skills required: Perfect knowledge of French (written and spoken)
D) Specific Skills required:
- Having spent at least five years as an employee within the industrial sector and/or industry orientated service companies.
- Having led at least 5 organisational management training sessions in the field of Human Resources
- Having contributed to projects related to organisational and structural changes as well as knowledge management within at least 10 companies
- Having led at least 20 working groups training actions focused on interpersonal communication tools and methods.
