Certification and validation have to be considered as vital issues to allow the development of Vocational training within the framework of Life Long Learning (LLL).
The challenge consists in the acknowledgement of certifications; the link between:

Continuous training and LLL path and the recognition of this training;
•
The value and the place of the Accreditation of Prior Learning.

Seminar on EQF, ECVET and quality Assurance
The seminars are organized for the stakeholders and customers of Lernia in collaboration with EVTA.
EVTA will present the network activities, the opportunities for the use of the European reference tools and the examples of collaboration in the network.
EVTA members and project partners of the partnership porject on ECVET will be present as well.
Conference for training centres, during a Lifelong learning week in Région Centre
Région Centre is organising a thematic conference for about 200-300 training centres in France. On behalf of EVTA, Pasqualino Mare will do an intervention about ECVET.

This second meeting is planned to define concrete actions in the field of ECVET, based on the results of the questionnaire on ECVET priorities in the EVTA member organisations.

As a results of the General Assembly in Turin, a technical working group on ECVET is created. The first meeting is organized to find out the opportunities for collaboration at EVTA level.
