"INTENT"

Promotor:

KCHI

It seems that one of the most important barriers to international entrepreneurship is the cultural diversity within Europe, even when language barriers are overcome.

Besides there are educational and statutory differences between European countries and a lack of transparency between countries with regard to the required competences for international trade.

This project offers training providers, individuals and employers tools and training programs to improve their international entrepreneurial competences, with the focus on cultural awareness and intra- and intercultural behaviour.
