A seminar which will include high-level participants from most of the European National Employment and Vocational Training organisations as well as Civil Society representatives from European networks (including the Social Partners) will be organized to discuss the results of a matrix/questionnaire that will be designed so as to permit precise evaluation of the way in which each of the consulted parties understands the EES, the current divergences/convergences of each organisation with the EES - taking into consideration the policies of the individual national employment/education-training ministries (depending on the systems used) - and the steps that these organisations are taking to increase convergence.
