a) label of quality criteria for member training courses that would be recognized by all of our members;
b) elaboration of quality certification criteria at various levels in the field of direct selling and certification
criteria for Direct Sales Specialist professionals;
c) AREA which is a project linked to refrigeration, also involving European quality certification;
d) a project linked to the concept of mobility as seen from different perspectives;
e) creation of an association for European trainers;
f) virtual training environments.
