European Union have to set up a referencing framework in order to help the different actors to coordinate their work.

 

Partnerships between Enterprises and Education and training Institutes:  the challenge is to integrate enterprises in the forward planning of educational and training programs.

The different involved actors do not speak the same language, they do not have the same definitions. Need of implementation of an interpretation system

Two levels in the concept of partnership:

1.services operators (trainers, employment center, etc)
2.final beneficiary (workers and enterprise)

Mainstreaming: Each actor has its own competencies but is not informed about what other operators are doing. Need to implement a system of concrete exchange of instruments

Synerjob: (Bruxelles Formation). AISBL created to spread information around the different Belgium public actors for employment and training (Forem, VDAB, Actiris, Bruxelles Formation, ADG) and thus tackle problems concerning the different Regional labour market efficiently.

Relations between public and private sectors: In Region Piedmont, it is a central question when you talk about outplacement.
