This handbook on quality in eLearning was developed in a Leonardo da Vinci project: 'Global Quality' (November 2003- 2005). In this project several European countries from different organisations participated and worked closely together on the development of a framework for eLearning, description of good practices, the analysis of critical factors for successful eLearning projects and guidelines to develop and implement eLearning projects.

We hope this handbook will help to improve the quality of eLearning practises throughout Europe.
