"Looking in a Different Way” is a project promoted by EVTA and co-financed by the European Commission, within a program relating to the community framework strategy on gender equality (2001-2005).

The programme is one of the instruments necessary for the implementation of the overall Community strategy on gender equality. The aim is to embrace all Community policies and actions aimed at achieving gender equality, including gender mainstreaming policies and specific actions targeted at women.

The main goal of the project is to prepare, test and disseminate methodologies, contents and tools in order to change the stereotyped and neuter way in which knowledge and skills are still produced and conveyed in the Vocational Training field.

«Looking in a different way » est un projet promu par l’AEFP et co-financé par la Commission Européenne, dans le programme de stratégie communautaire concernant l’égalité des genres (2001-2005).

Ce programme est un des instruments nécessaires à l’implémentation des stratégies Communautaires concernant l’égalité des genres. Le but est de s’accrocher à toutes les politiques communautaires visant à atteindre l’égalité des genres, ce qui inclus également les politiques de « mainstreaming » et les actions visant spécifiquement les femmes.

L’objectif principal du projet est de préparer, tester et disséminer des méthodologies, des concepts et des outils dans le but de changer les stéréotypes et de neutraliser la façon dont la connaissance et les compétences sont produites dans le milieu de la formation professionnelle.
