EQAVET: The context...
The European Quality Assurance for Vocational Education and Training fits in the list of the European reference tools, developed within the Copenhagen process of, but is probably the one which is the less highlighted compared to the EQF, Europass and ECVET models
The EQAVET reference framework, or EQAVET framework has the aim to ensure and develop quality in VET, building on the key principles of the most relevant existing quality assurance models ("plan - do - check - act" models).
The EQAVET framework is based on the quality cycle which comprises the four phases. For each one of these phases, quality indicators have been identified and guidelines for implementing the framework.
