Status:
ENAIP is a legal entity established by a decree of the President
of the Republic in 1961.
It is a non-profit association.
This is the training organisation of the ACLI (Italian
Christian Workers Associations), that was founded in 1951.
Regulated by:
ENAIP is managed by a Board of Directors, appointed for a term of
four years by a decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security,
made up of a representative of the Ministry of Labour, chairmen
of the regional ENAIPs and representatives of other organisations,
associations, bodies, etc., whose objectives are similar to those
of ENAIP. The monitoring organisations also include Representatives
of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and the Ministry of
Finance and the Budget.
