All personal information communicated by the users of the EVTA website is protected and secured. EVTA has adopted strict standards of security in order to prevent all unauthorized access to this information. The data including all e-mail addresses is not communicated to third persons.
The EVTA website gathers three types of personal data: subscription details (for subscription to EVTA’s publications, such as its monthly electronic magazine); comments and requests (by way of forms and e-mails sent to EVTA’s Secretariat); and information concerning the use of the site.

The users do not need to register to consult the EVTA site but only to receive EVTA’s publications and to enter into the EVTA PORTAL.
According to the publication to which they subscribe, the details required will be in all or in part:

This information is stored and secured on EVTA’s server and on back-up supports in order to avoid loss of data.
2. Comments
The Secretariat welcomes your comments regarding all aspects of the website and users can contact us at the address info@evta.net by filling out your email.
Your messages are consulted solely by the members of the Secretariat and are treated following their receipt.
3. Information concerning the use of the site
The file Statistics allows us to record the number of visitors to the site.
This information is automatically generated by EVTA’s web server and is used in order to make changes to the layout of the site and the information that it contains, based on the way in which visitors use the site.
The file Statistics does not contain any personal information.
